摘　　要：地铁车辆架大修是对运营年限达5年/10年或运行公里数达60万/120万公里的列车进行全方位深度拆解维修,恢复列车整体性能,以达到符合运营标准的一项技术性工作。轨道交通近期规划多条线路,所有车辆将陆续进入架大修修程,为更好地管理车间和控制生产现场,提高车辆维修效率,车辆中心计划采用信息化系统协助各架大修车间的日常管理和现场作业,其中涉及人员管理、班组管理、基础数据、物资管理、现场管理、生产数据统计分析等。通过信息化系统的实施可以积极推进现场作业顺序并且综合评估生产绩效指标,打通生产中的堵塞项点,不断提高公司架大修作业效率。文章对此展开分析。The subway overhaul is a full and deep dismantling maintenance for 5 years/10 years or 600 thousand/120 kilometers of running kilometers,to restore the overall performance of the train,so as to achieve a technical work in line with the operating standards.In order to better manage the workshops and control the production site and improve the efficiency of vehicle maintenance,the vehicle center plans to use the information system to assist the daily management and field operation of the various vehicles,including personnel management,group management,Basic data management,material management,site management,production data statistical analysis,etc.Through the implementation of the information system,the operation order of the field can be actively promoted and the production performance index can be evaluated synthetically,the blockage points in the production can be put through,and the efficiency of the overhaul operation of the company is constantly improved.This paper analyzes it.
