利用FTP技术实现ERP与生产设备集成方法的研究

摘　　要：机械加工制造业进行生产经营活动时,普遍借助ERP系统进行生产过程的管理与控制,但是,在长期的应用中,ERP系统与机加机床集成度不高,存在数据孤岛和管理间断的问题,需研究借助物联网技术和信息化管理方法,给出企业信息化管理中生产过程闭环控制的解决方案,即ERP系统与生产数控系统集成,并能够实现系统间数据通信,以提升生产制造企业的信息化建设水平,推进企业两化融合建设,文章对此进行了研究。In the manufacturing industry,ERP system is generally used to manage and control the production process.However,in the long-term application,the integration degree of ERP system and machining machine tool is not high,and there are problems of data island and management interruption.It is necessary to study the closed-loop control solution of the production process in the enterprise information management with the help of Internet of Things technology and information management method.The solution is to integrate the ERP system with the production numerical control system,and realize the data communication between the systems,so as to improve the information construction level of the production and manufacturing enterprises and promote the integration of the two enterprises.This paper analyzes it.
