摘  要:我国网络文化市场发展体量大、速度快,对其监管具有经济管理和意识形态管理双重属性。随着国家全面依法治国和治理现代化的深入推进,我国网络文化市场法治化监管的基本框架得以形塑,并释放着建构价值。然而,网络文化市场法治化监管在实践中还面临法律依据不完善、监管理念转型难、政府监管待优化、监管生态建设不足等问题,因此需要以法治思维和法治方式构建缜密完善的法律体系,持续推进监管理念转型,着力强化政府监管,构建良好的监管生态。The development of China ’s network culture market is large and fast,and its supervision has dual attributes of economic management and ideological management.With the deepening of the country’s comprehensive rule of law and modernization of governance,the basic framework of the rule of law supervision of China’s network culture market has been shaped and the value of construction has been released.However,in practice,the legal supervision of the Internet culture market still faces some problems,such as the imperfect legal basis,the difficult transformation of the supervision concept,the need to optimize the government supervision,and the lack of the construction of the supervision ecology.Therefore,it is necessary to build a careful and perfect legal system with the thinking of the rule of law and the way of the rule of law,continue to push forward the transformation of the supervision management concept,focus on strengthening the government supervision,and build a good supervision ecology.
