摘　　要：混凝土结构装配式建筑,是以工厂化生产的混凝土预制构件为主,通过现场装配的方式设计建造的混凝土结构类房屋建筑。具有减少施工污染、节约能源、提升劳动生产率等优点。文中从混凝土结构装配式建筑的定义、分类、特点入手,对我国混凝土结构装配式建筑发展现状和发展问题进行了探讨。Concrete structure assembly building is a kind of concrete structure building designed and constructed by means of on-site assembly, which is mainly composed of prefabricated concrete components produced in factory. It has the advantages of reducing construction pollution, saving energy and improving labor productivity. Starting from the definition, classification and characteristics of concrete structure assembly building, this paper discusses the development status and problems of concrete structure assembly building in China.
