摘　　要：介绍了甲基烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚(TPEG)、丙烯酸(AA)、和一种带有双键的酯基为主要原料,合成缓释聚羧酸高效减水剂--LY-6,研究了各组分及温度对减水剂的影响,并对其进行相容性及混凝土性能测试。实验表明,此工艺合成的聚羧酸高效减水剂,能保证混凝土良好的和易性、包裹性及保坍性能,符合工程设计要求。This paper introduces the synthesis of slow-release polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer Ly-6 with TPEG, AA and a kind of ester with double bond as the main raw materials. The influence of each component and temperature on the superplasticizer is studied, and its compatibility and concrete performance are tested. The experiment shows that the polycarboxylate superplasticizer synthesized by this process can ensure the good workability, encapsulation and slump retention of concrete, and meet the requirements of engineering design.
