摘  要:介绍了采用山梨醇丙烯酸酯的柠檬酸、丙烯酸、异戊烯聚氧乙烯醚、引发剂、链转移剂通过自由基共聚反应聚合而成聚羧酸减水剂。研究表明,山梨醇丙烯酸酯的柠檬酸,其中乙二醇、丙烯酸、山梨醇之间的摩尔比为1:2.2:1,与市场上同类产品相比,解决现有的醚类聚羧酸减水剂适应性差,对含泥量较高的混凝土易出现保塌性能不足的缺陷及离析泌水和易性差等问题。Polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent was prepared by free radical copolymerization of citric acid, acrylic acid, isoamylene polyoxyethylene ether, initiator and chain transfer agent of sorbitan acrylate. The results show that the molar ratio of glycol, acrylic acid and sorbitol in citric acid of sorbitol acrylate is 1:2.2:1. Compared with the similar products in the market, it can solve the problems such as poor adaptability of the existing ether polycarboxylic acid water reducer, poor slump retention performance and poor segregation, bleeding and workability for the concrete with high mud content.
