摘　　要：马氏体型耐热钢紧固件是指具有较好的热稳定性和热强性能,在摩托车发动机使用,可以达到更高设计应力,减轻摩托车自身重量,各类材料选择不同的热处理工艺得到的显微组织,对紧固件的力学性能起着重要作用。螺栓、螺钉、螺柱与螺母的配合选择应满足制造材料的一致性,按照GB/T 3098.8的规定,螺母和与之配合的螺栓、螺钉、螺柱材料强度比值应大于0.7,以免发生高温松弛。Martensitic heat-resistant steel fasteners had good thermal stability and thermal strength properties.They can be used in motorcycle engines to achieve higher design stresses and reduce the weight of motorcycles.The microstructure obtained by the heat treatment process plays an important role in the mechanical properties of the fastener.The selection and matching of bolts,screws,studs and nuts should meet the requirements for keeping consistency of the manufacturing materials.According to the requirements of GB/T 3098.8,the material strength ratios between the nut and the bolt,screw,and stud should be greater than 0.7 to avoid high temperature relaxation.
