摘　　要：介绍中国石化长岭分公司5×10~4 m^3/h制氢装置的工艺特点与生产运行情况,针对该装置检修后提高生产负荷的需要,转化催化剂由原来使用的Z417/Z418催化剂更换为新开发、生产的Z417D/Z418D催化剂组合。通过标定与半年多来的运行证明新催化剂满足高负荷生产运行要求。Process Characteristic and production running situation of the 5×104 m3/h hydrogen production plant in Changling Branch Company were described.Aiming at the need to increase production load of the plant after overhaul,the conversion catalyst was changed from the original Z417/Z418 to the new developed Z417D/Z418D.The new catalyst Z417D/Z418D could meet high load production requirement of the plant by calibration and more than half a year′s operation.
