两段全循环加氢裂化装置修复开工总结

摘　　要：由于某两段全循环加氢裂化装置临近海岸线、停工待料时间长以及管线设备没进行有效保护而内外腐蚀严重等问题,给装置修复后重新开工带来了种种难题。文章就装置开工过程的重点步骤进行总结以及对开工气密、油运过程中出现的问题进行分析,并记录催化剂硫化及钝化过程,为装置的再次开工积累了经验,并为其他同类加氢裂化装置的开工提供可借鉴的经验和教训。Due to the two stage full cycle hydrocracking unit was close to the coastline,and the unit had been shut down for a long time with no effective protection on the pipeline and equipment,serious internal and external corrosion on the unit happened,which brought kinds of problems to restart of the unit after the repair.The key steps in start up of the unit were summarized.The problems such as start-up air tightness and the oil transportation were analyzed.Sulfurization and passivation courses of the catalyst were recorded,which could accumulate experiences for the unit start-up again and provide experiences and lessons for start-up of the other similar hydrocracking units.
