摘　　要：3.60 Mt/a加氢裂化装置采用美国UOP公司工艺技术及配套系列催化剂,精制剂为UF-210型催化剂,裂化剂为HC-115LT型催化剂。文章从原料性质、运行温度、产品质量等运行数据进行了评估,由该装置6 a的工业运行数据可知:该催化剂选择性好、催化剂活性高、产品分布合理、装置操作弹性大、生产方案灵活,并满足装置长周期运行的要求。Process technology and supporting series of catalysts from American UOP Company were adopted in the 3.60 Mt/a hydrocracking unit, the refining agent and the cracking agent were selected respectively to be UF-210 type catalyst and HC-115LT type catalyst. The hydrocracking unit was evaluated from the raw material properties, running temperature and product quality. Six years operation data of the unit showed that the following results were reached, such as good selectivity and high reactivity of the catalyst, reasonable product distribution, high operation flexibility of the unit, flexible production plan, the catalyst could meet long term running requirement of the unit.
