摘　　要：目的总结30例眼镜王蛇咬伤患者的临床护理方法及要点。方法2010年1月~2018年12月我院收治中眼镜王蛇咬伤患者30例,通过对患者实施急救护理措施,加强病情观察,做好药物护理及心理、饮食护理,严格落实院内感染控制措施及并发症的预防等护理措施进行救护。结果27例治愈出院,2例残疾,1例转外院治疗因合并症死亡。结论眼镜王蛇咬伤患者病情凶险,要加强病人的救治与护理,同时严格落实院内感染控制措施及预防并发症等是提高临床治愈的重要保证。Objective To summarize the clinical nursing methods and main points of 30 patients with king cobra bite.Methods 30 patients with king cobra bite were admitted to our hospital from January 2010 to December 2018.The patients were given first-aid nursing measures,the observation of their condition was strengthened,the nursing of medicine,psychology and diet was done well,and the nursing measures of nosocomial infection control and the prevention of complications were strictly implemented.Results 27 cases were cured,2 cases were disabled and 1 death case was transferred to another hospital for treatment due to complications.Conclusion It is important to strengthen the treatment and nursing of patients with king cobra bite,and to strictly implement the measures of nosocomial infection control and to prevent complications.
