摘  要:目的通过统计肿瘤患者合并下呼吸道感染铜绿假单胞菌的菌群分布以及对常用抗菌药物的耐药性分析,为肿瘤患者合并铜绿假单胞菌引起的下呼吸道感染提供治疗经验。方法对某肿瘤专科医院2016年1月~2018年6月住院患者痰标本分离出的286株铜绿假单胞菌以及13种常用抗菌药的药敏结果进行回顾性分析。结果铜绿假单胞菌对多粘菌素B耐药率最低(3.85%),其次是哌拉西林/他唑巴坦和头孢吡肟,分别为15.04%和17.13%;而对氨曲南、哌拉西林和头孢他啶的耐药率最高,分别为53.15%、43.36%和39.86%。结论肿瘤患者合并呼吸道感染的铜绿假单胞菌对多粘菌素B耐药性最低,临床可根据经验首选该药用于治疗肿瘤患者铜绿假单胞菌引起的合并下呼吸道感染。Objective The distribution of pseudomonas aeruginosa in patients with lower respiratory tract infection and the analysis of drug resistance to antibiotics were analyzed to provide treatment experience for patients with lower respiratory tract infection caused by pseudomonas aeruginosa.Methods The drug sensitivity results of 13 antibiotics of 286 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from sputum samples of patients in a cancer hospital from January 2016 to June 2018 was analyzed retrospectively.Results The resistance rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to polymyxin B was the lowest(3.85%),followed by piperacillin/tazobactam and cefepime(15.04%and 17.13%,respectively),while that to aztreonam,piperacillin and ceftazidime(53.15%,43.36%and 39.86%,respectively).Conclusion Pseudomonas aeruginosa of lower respiratory tract infection Pseudomonas aeruginosa which in patients with lower respiratory tract infection has the lowest resistance to polymyxin B,which can be used empirically to treat lower respiratory tract infection caused by pseudomonas aeruginosa in tumor patients.
