摘　　要：目的探讨FTS理念在腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术围手术期护理中的应用。方法选择我科2018年4月~2019年4月收治的泌尿外科腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术患者100例,按数字表法随机分为对照组50例,FTS组50例,其中FTS组采用FTS理念进行护理干预,对照组采用常规护理。观察比较两组患者首次下床活动时间、首次进食时间、术后输液时间、术后住院时间、住院费用、术后并发症发生情况。结果FTS组患者首次进食时间、首次下床活动时间、术后输液时间、术后住院时间、住院费用均明显低于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论FTS理念在腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术围手术期护理中的应用是安全可行的,能缩短住院时间,降低住院费用,减少并发症的发生,促进患者康复,临床上值得推广及应用。Objective To explore the application of FTS in perioperative nursing of laparoscopic adrenalectomy.Methods From April 2018 to April 2019,100 patients with laparoscopic adrenalectomy in urology department were selected and randomly divided into control group(50 cases)and FTS group(50 cases).The FTS group adopted the concept of FTS for nursing intervention and the control group adopted routine nursing.The first time of getting out of bed,the first time of eating,the time of transfusion,the time of hospitalization,the cost of hospitalization and the incidence of postoperative complications were observed.Results The first time of eating,the first time of getting out of bed,the time of infusion,the time of hospitalization and the cost of hospitalization in FTS group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the incidence of complications in FTS group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of FTS concept in peri operative nursing of laparoscopic adrenalectomy is safe and feasible.It can shorten the length of stay,reduce the cost of stay,reduce the occurrence of complications,and promote the recovery of patients.It is worth popularizing and applying clinically.
