摘 要:在工程上,基于HTS-A高强度钢建造焊接构件的疲劳问题不可忽视。基于NASGRO损伤容限分析软件,分别从拟合材料参数和分析断裂失效判据两方面研究了HTS-A钢的疲劳裂纹扩展问题,并将NASGRO计算裂纹扩展寿命的结果与试验结果进行对比,提出了NASGRO软件仿真计算HTS-A钢疲劳裂纹扩展寿命的经验参数和建议选取的断裂失效判据。并与文献中的试验结果进一步对比分析,验证其可靠性,为工程上HTS-A钢结构的疲劳强度分析提供参考。In engineering,the fatigue problem of welded structures based on HTS-A high-strength steel cannot be ignored.Based on the NASGRO damage tolerance analysis software,this paper studied the fatigue crack propagation of HTS-A steel from two aspects of fitting material parameters and analyzing fracture failure criteria,and compared the results of calculating the fatigue crack propagation life in NASGRO software with the test results,put forward the empirical parameters of simulating the fatigue crack propagation life of HTS-A steel and the recommended fracture failure criteria in NASGRO software.And compared with the test results in the literature to further analyze and verify its reliability,to provide a reference for the fatigue strength analysis of HTS-A steel structures in engineering.
