摘 要:针对渤海油田油井酸化返排液处理受平台空间、时间限制,即时处理困难和易对平台处理系统造成冲击等问题,通过对现场酸化返排液特征进行分析,探索了酸化返排液对填砂管模拟堵塞的影响,室内验证了酸化返排液回注不会对回注井造成严重堵塞,提出了利用平台原有设备对返排液进行简单处理后回注注水井的处理工艺。现场应用表明,经该工艺处理后的油井酸化返排液,其水相主要指标明显高于平台注入水,回注井视吸水指数由回注前的24.02 m^3/(d?MPa)降至回注后的16.94 m^3/(d?MPa),但经少量盐酸解堵体系处理后,视吸水指数上升至27.16 m^3/(d?MPa)。配套处理技术能够一定程度地解决油井酸化返排液处理难题,确保海上油田油井酸化的正常开展。In view of the problems of oil well acidizing flowback fluid treatment in Bohai Oilfield,such as limited platform space and time,difficulty in immediate treatment and easy impact on platform processing system,etc.,the effects of acidizing flowback fluid on simulated blockage of sand-filling pipe are explored through analyzing the characteristics of acidizing flowback fluid in situ.It is verified that the acidizing flowback injection will not cause serious blockage to the injection well,and the treatment process of using the original equipment of platform to simply treat flowback fluid is put forward.The field application shows that the main index of water phase in the acidizing flowback fluid of oil well treated by the process is significantly higher than that of the platform injected water.The apparent water absorption index of reinjection well decreases from 24.02 m^3/(d?MPa)before reinjection to 16.94 m^3/(d?MPa)after reinjection,but increases to 27.16 m^3/(d?MPa)after treated by a little hydrochloric acid decontamination system.Supporting treatment technology can solve the problem of oil well acidizing flowback fluid treatment to some extent and ensure the normal development of acidification in offshore oilfields.
