委内瑞拉油田污泥脱水橇设计

摘　　要：为了处理委内瑞拉某油气田地面工程EPC项目中原油经过脱盐脱水工艺后产生的污泥,根据设计基础和工艺要求,研究和分析了污泥脱水橇的设计思路和方法,主要设备的设计和选型,以及自动化控制和一体化成橇原理,研究得到一套可以满足海外油气田地面工程EPC项目要求,且具有集成化、成橇化、自动化和高度预制化特点的污泥脱水橇,为同类型项目的执行和相似设备的设计提供了借鉴和参考。污泥脱水橇投入使用后,出水水质明显改善,处理后污泥含水率≤75%,化学药剂消耗量较少,经济性和系统运行效果良好,达到设计要求。In order to treat the sludge generated by dehydration and desalting process of crude oil in an oil and gas field EPC project in Venezuela,and based on the design basis and process requirements,the design idea and methods,the design and selection of main equipment,and the principles of automatic control and integrated design of skid for skid-mounted sludge dehydration unit are analyzed and studied.A set of skid-mounted sludge dehydration units that can meet the requirements of overseas oil and gas field EPC projects and has the features of integration,skid-mount,automation,and prefabrication is studied and obtained,which provides a reference for the execution of the same type of projects and the design of similar equipment.After putting the skid-mounted sludge dehydration unit in use,the quality of produced water is significantly improved,and the water content in sludge is not more than 75%after treatment.The chemical consumption is not much,and the economy and system operate well and meet the design requirements.
