摘　　要：开发利用档案资源发挥育人功能具有重要的理论意义和实践价值,因此,本文立足依托特色、创新模式、发挥功能,从档案资源与育人功能有机融合的切入点和发力点着手,探索构建“N+1”的档案资源开发利用模式,服务于文化建设,服务于立德树人,服务于社会发展,以期达到进一步提升育人水平的目的。Development and utilization of archives resources play to the educational function is of important theoretical significance and practical value,therefore,based on the characteristics,innovation mode,function,from the archives resources and educating function of organic fusion point and the swimmer to explore building"N 1"mode of development and utilization of archives resources,service cultural construction,service Yu Lide ents,service to the society development,in order to achieve the purpose of further enhance the level of education.
