摘　　要：计量支付是合同管理的重要内容,是各项市政配套工程建造投资控制的主要手段,也是监理工程师、业主对工程建设实施过程中进行全面控制的前提条件,同时也是承包人的利益所在。本文阐述了市政工程计量支付流程及关键控制点及其办法。Measurement payment is an important content of contract management,is the main means for investment control of various municipal supporting projects.It is also a prerequisite for comprehensive control of the project construction by the supervision engineer and owner,but also the interest of the contractor.This paper describes the measurement payment process,key control points and methods of municipal engineering.
