摘　　要：随着BIM技术的快速发展,人们逐步对它有了一定的认识,它的应用也逐渐打破了传统的思维方式,本文通过对我国现阶段建筑工程项目的传统施工管理方法在质量管理中存在的问题进行调研总结,阐述了BIM技术在建筑工程施工管理中的应用优势,并从施工质量管理角度探讨了BIM技术对于推进施工过程管理精细化、信息化的重要意义。With the rapid development of BIM Technology,people gradually have a certain understanding of it,and its application has gradually broken the traditional way of thinking.Through the investigation and summary of the problems existing in the quality management of the traditional construction management methods of the current construction projects in China,this paper expounds the application advantages of BIM technology in the construction management of construction projects,and from the angle of construction quality management,this paper discusses the significance of BIM Technology in promoting the refinement and informatization of construction process management.
