摘　　要：为了加强煤矿井下设备用液压产品的出厂检验手段,提高液压产品的可靠性,开发设计了一种液压综合试验台,该试验台将液压系统与计算机数据采集及处理系统有效地结合在一起,实现了对测试数据的自动化处理和分析,提高了液压产品的出厂检验能力。该试验台检验精度高,工作安全可靠,操作方便。In order to strengthen the factory inspection methods of hydraulic products for under ground coal mine equipment and improve the reliability of hydraulic products,a kind of hydraulic complex test bed was developed and designed.The test bed effectively combines the hydraulic system with the computer data acquisition and processing system,realizes the automatic processing and analysis of test data,and improves the factory inspection ability of hydraulic products.The test bed is precise safe,reliable and easy to operate.
