摘  要:设计了一种基于物联网10kV真空断路器分布式监测系统。感知层通过多个传感器及分布式采集终端实时监测和采集断路器的动触头行程曲线、主回路电流、分合闸线圈电流、触头温度和辅助接点信息。网络层综合运用高效的物联网通讯技术进行信息传递和交互。应用层运用先进的多源信息数据融合算法,评估断路器的健康状态,并预测断路器运行发展趋势,为运维人员合理的维护和检修决策。The authors designed a distributed monitoring system for 10kV vacuum circuit breakers based on the Internet of Things.The sensor layer uses multiple sensors and distributed acquisition terminals to monitor and collect the circuit breaker's moving contact travel curve,main circuit current,coil current,contact temperature and auxiliary contact information in real time.The network layer comprehensively utilizes efficient Internet of Things communication technology for information transmission and interaction.The application layer uses the advanced multi-source information data fusion algorithm to evaluate the health state of circuit breakers and predict the operation development trend of circuit breakers,so as to make reasonable maintenance and overhaul decisions for operation and maintenance personnel.
