摘 要:现如今,建筑物功能朝着多样化趋势不断演变,其复杂功能的实现离不开机电设备的辅助。BIM技术的应用大幅度减少了设计阶段与施工阶段的割裂。现阶段针对BIM技术在机电领域的研究多为应用理论方面的讨论,缺少相应的具体实施层面的研究。日本邮政大厦通过在机电部分使用BIM技术获得了较好的效果。针对该成功案例,从具体实施层面进行系统研究,基于软件应用、制度流程、规范标准、市场竞争四个方面对其成功的背后进行探索,从而得出对于我国建筑业未来BIM应用的启示。Nowadays,building functions are evolving towards diversification.The realization of complex functions cannot be achieved without the assistance of mechanical and electrical equipment.The application of BIM technology has greatly reduced the separation between design stage and construction stage.At the present stage,researches on BIM technology in the field of mechanical and electrical engineering are mostly discussed in the aspect of application theory,and there is a lack of corresponding researches on the specific implementation level.Japan post building achieved good results by using BIM technology in the mechanical and electrical parts.In view of this successful case,a systematic study is conducted from the specific implementation level,and the behind of its success is explored based on the four aspects of software application,system process,norms and standards,and market competition,so as to draw inspiration for the future BIM application in China's construction industry.
