摘　　要：众多理论和实践证明,游客满意度的高低已成为影响旅游产品、旅游企业乃至旅游地的重要因素,红色旅游也不例外。以网络文本分析法分析红色旅游游客满意度的过程和要求,并以云南省为例进行分析,在此基础上,以游客满意的推拉理论为依据,将高频词从目的地以及游客角度进行分类,并基于目的地的拉力因素以及游客内心的推力两方面来探析总体游客满意度及其影响因素。据数据分析,云南省的红色旅游游客满意度处于较高水平,但宣传力度不足导致一些旅游产品产生一定的屏蔽效应;游客仅获取到红色文化的知识,缺少云南地方特色小商品;就旅游服务来说,游客感受到的服务方式丰富度不足,缺少体验性。针对以上结论分别提出针对性建议,对云南省红色旅游的发展提供理论依据。Numerous theories and practices have proven that the level of tourist satisfaction has become an important factor affecting tourism products,tourism enterprises and even tourist destinations,and red tourism is no exception.This paper analyzes the process and requirements of satisfaction of red tourist tourists with web text analysis,and takes Yunnan Province as an example.On this basis,the high-frequency words are classified from the perspective of destinations and tourists based on the push-pull theory of tourist satisfaction,and the overall tourist satisfaction and its impact are analyzed based on the pull factors of the destination and the inner thrust of the tourists factor.According to data analysis,the satisfaction of red tourist tourists in Yunnan is at a relatively high level,but the lack of publicity has caused some shielding products to have a certain shielding effect.Tourists only gain knowledge of red culture and lack local characteristics of small commodities in Yunnan.It is said that the service styles experienced by tourists are insufficient and lack experience.Based on the above conclusions,specific suggestions are put forward to provide theoretical basis for the development of red tourism in Yunnan Province.
