摘 要:为改善离合器摩擦片的热状态,开展了湿式双离合器冷却油入口流量对外离合器摩擦片入口处流速和油压的影响研究。基于不可压缩流体控制方程和RNGk-ε湍流模型,建立了Y型槽湿式双离合器油路的三维流体模型,借助ANSYS/Fluent CFD软件,应用有限元法进行了流场分析,得到外离合器入口流速和油压的数值,并通过引入离散系数来进行定量分析,研究了不同入口冷却油流量对外离合器摩擦片入口处流速和油压的影响。结果表明,随着入口流量的增加,湿式双离合器摩擦片入口处冷却油流动速率加快,压力增大,但同时流动均匀性下降,压力稳定性变差。当冷却油初始流量越大时,再增加初始流量对摩擦片入口流速和压力的影响会越来越不明显,反而对摩擦片入口流速均匀性和压力稳定性的影响越来越严重。In order to improve the thermal state of the clutch friction plate,the influence of cooling oil inlet flow rate of wet dual clutch on flow velocity and oil pressure at the inlet of external clutch friction plate was studied.Based on the incompressible fluid governing equation and RNG k-εturbulence model,a three-dimensional fluid model of the Y-groove wet dual clutch oil path is established.With the help of ANSYS/Fluent CFD software,the flow field is analyzed by finite element method,and the inlet velocity and oil pressure of the external clutch are obtained.The influence of different inlet cooling oil flow rate on the flow velocity and oil pressure at the friction disc inlet of the external clutch was studied by introducing the variation coefficient for quantitative analysis.The results show that with the increase of inlet flow rate,the flow rate of cooling oil at the friction disc inlet of wet dual clutch increases and the pressure increases,but at the same time the flow uniformity decreases and the pressure stability becomes worse.When the initial flow rate of cooling oil increases,the effect of increasing the initial flow rate on the inlet velocity and pressure of friction disc becomes less and less obvious,but the effect on the uniformity of inlet velocity and pressure stability of friction disc becomes more and more serious.
