摘　　要：通过阐述招标文件在招投标中的重要性,提出了目前招投标实践中发现的招标文件编制中出现的问题,分析了出现问题的成因,进而提出了解决问题的途径和措施。This paper expounds the importance of the tender documents in the bidding,puts forward the problems currently found in the bidding practice arising from the preparation of tender documents,analyzes the cause of the problems,and then puts forward the ways and measures to solve the problem.
