摘　　要：固定总价合同有利于业主控制投资规模,同时有利于总承包商控制分包成本,因此固定总价合同模式在境外合同管理中得到了广泛应用。明确总价包干的风险范围,掌握总价合同模式下清单计价的计量与支付方式对做好合同管理有重要的意义。The fixed total price contract is beneficial to the owner to control the investment scale,and it is also beneficial to the general contractor to control the cost of subcontracting.Therefore,the fixed total price contract model has been widely used in overseas contract management.Clarifying the risk scope of the total price contract,and mastering the measurement and payment methods of list pricing under the total price contract model are of great significance for good contract management.
