摘  要:川南城际铁路CN-1标架梁区段包括白马西站特大桥,孔跨布置为19×32+(4×33)m道岔连续梁+(32+3×48+32)m连续梁,0#~19#跨为四线双幅箱梁结构。由于特殊孔跨原因,梁顶截面尺寸不一致,道岔梁为6.05m^9.175m渐变尺寸,与之相接的预制箱梁无法按照常规施工方法进行架设,需要进行横移梁施工。需增加临时支墩或加长加宽墩柱尺寸、增加横移装置和横移施工费用。安全风险大、施工周期长、措施施工费用多,梁场通过方案优化变更施工方案降低了安全风险、缩短施工周期,大大降低了施工措施费用。The CN-1 frame beam section of Chuannan intercity railway includes the Baima West Station Super Bridge,and the hole span is arranged as 19×32+(4×33)m turnout continuous beams+(32+3×48+32)m continuous beam,0#~19#span is a four-line double-width box girder structure.Due to the special hole span,the cross-section dimensions of the top of the beam are inconsistent.The turnout beam has a gradient size of 6.05m to 9.175m.The prefabricated box beam connected to it cannot be erected in accordance with conventional construction methods and requires transversal beam construction.It is necessary to increase the size of temporary support pier or lengthen and widen the pier column,increase the traverse device and traverse construction costs.The safety risks are large,the construction period is long,and the measures are costly.The beam site has optimized the construction plan to reduce the safety risk,shorten the construction period,and greatly reduce the cost of construction measures.
