摘　　要：大学图书馆是大学师生是信息资源中心,由于互联网的普及,读者阅读方式选择多样化的转变,其作用和地位正面临挑战。在这种条件下,要想保持可持续发展,从现在起,必须根据读者的需求,转变服务理念,创新服务方式,提高服务质量。The university library is the information center for teachers and students.Due to the popularity of the Internet,readers'reading choices are diversified and the role and status of library is facing challenges.Under these conditions,in order to maintain sustainable development,the library must change the service concept,innovate the service method,and improve the service quality according to the needs of readers from now on.
