摘 要:为改善节点域的受力性能,且易于实现装配化,文中提出了一种新型L形钢管混凝土柱-钢梁连接节点。将梁柱节点核心区管壁进行局部加厚,节点与钢梁之间采用Z字形悬臂梁进行全螺栓连接,无工地焊缝。通过改变节点区域的管壁厚度和是否设置拉结板设计了4个不同的新型节点,以及1个外环板节点模型,利用ABAQUS有限元软件对其进行低周往复荷载作用下的拟静力分析,得出各节点的滞回曲线、割线刚度、破坏特征、延性和耗能等指标,结果表明通过增加节点区管壁厚度和设置交错的拉结板,可以提高钢管的刚度与节点的承载力,改善节点域的受力情况;新型节点的力学及抗震性能均优于外环板节点,且符合建筑结构的抗震要求。In order to improve the mechanical performance of the joint area and to facilitate assembly,this paper proposes a new type of L-shaped concrete filled steel tubular column-steel beam connection joint.The pipe wall of the core area of the beam-column joint is locally thickened,the joint between steel beams and the Z-shaped cantilever beam are all bolt connection,no site weld.Four different new joints and one outer ring plate joint model were designed by changing the wall thickness of the joint area and whether the tie plate was set.The finite element software ABAQUS is used to carry out the quasi-static analysis under low-cycle reciprocating load,and obtain the hysteresis curve,secant stiffness,failure characteristics,ductility and energy consumption of each joint.The results show that the rigidity of the steel pipe and the bearing capacity of the joint are increased by increasing the thickness of the pipe wall of the joint area and the staggered arrangement of drawing plates,and the force of the joint domain is improved.The mechanics and seismic performance of the new joints are superior to the outer ring plate joints,and it meets the seismic requirements of the building structures.
