我院2016~2018年门诊与急诊麻醉药品处方审查结果分析

摘　　要：目的评价我院2016~2018年门诊与急诊麻醉药品处方规范性,了解处方不合格原因。方法通过医院信息系统导出本院2016~2018年门诊与急诊麻醉药品处方共800张,依据相关规定及指南进行麻醉药品处方复核。结果800张门诊与急诊麻醉药物处方中不合格67张,不合格率8.38%。2016~2018年各年度处方不合格率分别为11.02%、9.54%与5.41%,呈逐年下降趋势。67张不合格处方中不合格原因:处方前记不规范31张,占46.27%;处方正文不规范36张,占53.73%。不合格处方来源初级职称占64.20%、中级职称占20.90%、高级职称占14.90%。结论我院门诊与急诊麻醉药品处方不合格率较高,应通过督导措施构建、规范化培训等措施提升麻醉药品处方规范性,促进合理用药。Objective To evaluate the normalization of outpatient and emergency narcotic prescriptions in Wuwei Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from 2016 to 2018,and to analyze the causes of unqualified prescriptions.Methods A total of 800 prescriptions for outpatient and emergency narcotic drugs were derived from the hospital’s information system from 2016 to 2018,and reviews of narcotic prescriptions were performed in accordance with relevant regulations and guidelines.Results A total of 67 prescriptions were unqualified,and the unqualified rate was 8.38%.The unqualified rates from 2016 to 2018 were 11.02%,9.54%,and 5.41%,showing a downward trend year by year.Among these prescriptions,31 prescriptions were irregular records before prescription,accounting for 46.27%and 36 prescriptions presenting irregular prescription texts,accounting for 53.73%.Besides,64.20%unqualified prescriptions came from doctors with junior titles,and 20.90%and 14.90%of these unqualified prescriptions came from doctors with intermediate and senior titles respectively.Conclusion There is a high rate of unqualified narcotic prescriptions in outpatient and emergency departments in our hospital.It is necessary to improve the standardization of narcotic prescriptions and promote rational drug administration through the construction of supervision system and standardized training.
