摘　　要：随着交通运输行业的发展,国内的项目建设模式越来越多样化,PPP、EPC、BT等等,造价控制在建设过程中的位置越来越重要,造价控制中很重要一环就是材料询价,而在询价时最难确定的则是机电设备材料价格的确定。在做机电项目对设备材料单价进行询价时,经常发现一些设备材料的价格各个厂家价格相差很大,几倍到几十倍甚至几百倍不等,正确的选择设备价格是影响机电造价的一个重要因素。如何合理的选择设备价格则成了困扰广大造价人员的一个问题。下面就在自己工作过程中遇到的一些问题和大家一起分享一下。With the development of the transportation industry,the domestic project construction mode is becoming more and more diversified,the popularization of PPP and EPC,and the position of cost in the construction process is becoming more and more important.When making inquiries on the unit price of equipment,the price of some equipment often varies greatly from several times to tens or even hundreds of times.The correct choice of equipment price is as follows:A very important factor affecting the cost of mechanical and electrical equipment.How to reasonably choose the price of equipment has become a problem that perplexes the vast number of cost personnel.Here are some of the problems encountered in the process of their work and share them with you.
