酒钢西沟石灰石矿露天矿深孔爆破根底产生的原因及治理

摘　　要：针对酒钢西沟矿中深孔爆破中根底问题严重的生产现状,为了达到良好的爆破效果,通过对酒钢西沟矿深孔爆破根底产生原因的简要分析,并结合相似模型试验的手段,提出采用合理的炮孔超深、增大前排孔孔径及炮孔孔底装填重铵油炸药等措施。通过现场试验验证,结果表明采取上述措施后爆破根底产生情况得到有效控制,爆破质量得到显著提高,提高了矿石铲装效率,降低了矿山爆破成本,有力保障了矿山正常安全生产。Aiming at the current situation of serious root bed production in the middle and deep hole blasting of Jiugang Xigou Mine,In order to achieve a good blasting effect,Through a brief analysis of the causes of deep-hole blasting in Jiugang Xigou Mine,combined with similar model tests,Proposed measures such as reasonable deep boreholes,increasing the diameter of the front row holes and filling the bottom of the boreholes with heavy ammonium fried drugs.Through field test verification,the results show that after the above measures are taken,the occurrence of blasting roots is effectively controlled,the blasting quality is significantly improved,the ore shovel efficiency is increased,the mine blasting cost is reduced,and the normal and safe production of the mine is effectively guaranteed.
