摘 要:为了保证15209综采工作面安全快速过F4正断层,提高煤柱回采量,减少破岩量以及降低工作面机械设备故障率,游仙山煤矿通过技术研究,对工作面过F4断层施工方案进行合理分析对比,提出了松动爆破俯斜法施工方案,并对工作面俯斜回采期间,对俯斜顶板采用了“撞楔超前支护+注浆+施工恒阻锚索吊棚”联合支护措施。通过实际应用,俯斜法过断层回采方案,与传统施工方案相比,可提高原煤回采量达4.2万t,同时顶板联合支护措施,控制俯斜顶板下沉、破碎现象,解决了俯斜期间顶煤预留难度大的技术难题,保证了工作面安全高效回采。In order to ensure the safety and speed of 15209 fully mechanized face passing through F4 normal fault,improve the coal pillar recovery,reduce the rock breaking amount and reduce the failure rate of mechanical equipment in the face,youxianshan coal mine,through technical research,reasonably analyzes and compares the construction scheme of working face passing through F4 fault,puts forward the construction scheme of loosening blasting and pitching method,and puts forward the construction scheme of pitching roof during the pitching recovery of working face The combined support measures of"Wedge impact advance support+grouting+Construction constant resistance anchor cable hanging shed"can improve the raw coal recovery by 42000 t compared with the traditional construction scheme through practical application.At the same time,the combined support measures of roof can control the subsidence and fragmentation of the inclined roof,solve the technical problem of difficult top coal reservation during the period of the inclined roof,and ensure the work Face safe and efficient mining.
