摘　　要：全球化时代,大国博弈更加复杂与激烈,全球性安全问题层出不穷。全球化时代安全治理的兴起表明了安全治理体制的局限和不足。安全问题呈现出的新特征与新趋势,反映出人类面临着异常复杂的治理局面。文章认为,西方主流安全治理理念无法对全球安全治理现实提供理论支撑,实现有效的全球安全治理需要制度安排和观念转变以及理论创新。In the era of globalization,the game of big powers is more complicated and fierce,and global security issues are constantly emerging.The rise of security governance in the era of globalization demonstrates the limitations and shortcomings of the security governance system.The new features and new trends presented by security issues reflect the extremely com plex governance situation facing humanity.Based on the Western mainstream security governance concept,it cannot provide theoretical support for the reality of global security governance.To achieve effective global security governance requires insti tutional arrangements and conceptual changes and theoretical innovation.
