摘　　要：“9073”养老服务格局是指以90%居家为基础、7%社区为依托、3%机构为支撑,通过近3年对上海市242个老旧小区实地调研以及意愿搜集发现,居民实际养老意愿有较大差异。文章基于建筑策划群决策方法,自下而上分析上海市养老服务格局的真实需求,为解决上海城市空间资源的局限,提出“居家养老院”的设想。"9073"pension service structure refers to 90%of basis of living at home,7%of reliance on community and 3%of support of organizations.It is found through site survey and willingness collection of 242 old residential quarters in Shanghai in recent 3 years that there are great differences in residents'actual willingness of pension.Based on architectural group decision-making method,this article analyzes the actual demands of pension service structure in Shanghai from the bottom to up,puts forward the idea of"home-based bead house"in order to solve the limitation of urban spatial resources in Shanghai.
