摘　　要：股动脉假性动脉瘤(PSA)是心血管介入手术中常见的血管并发症,目前,超声引导下凝血酶注射术(UGTI)因其良好的安全性和有效性,成为一线治疗手段。本文报道我科近来使用本法治疗的PSA患者3例并对相关文献进行复习。Femoral artery pseudoaneurysm(PSA)is a common vascular complication associated with cardiac catheterization procedures.At present,ultrasound-guided thrombin injection(UGTI)is widely used in first-line therapy because of its safety and effectiveness.In this paper,three cases of PSA patients recently treated with UGTI in our department were reported and the related literatures were reviewed.
