摘 要:视觉标志物是体育教学与训练中为了使训练者的身体部位或技术动作达到某种要求而设置的标志性物品.是体育教师经常使用的一种教学手段,该手段在帮助学生形成正确的动作和纠正错误动作的作用十分明显,并且标志物的设置也是灵活多样,简单易行的.利用标志物进行教学可以活跃课堂气氛,调动学生的学习积极性,还可以促进技术动作的准确性,通过不断变化的内容与负荷,有利于集中学生的注意力,激发学生的学习热情.文章以排球教学为例,对排球教学训练中视觉标志物的应用展开研究,选取52名大学生进行实验对比,将其平均分为实验组与对照组,其中实验组在教学的过程中辅助视觉标志物,两组的练习方法、要求、时间都相同,对实验结果进行分析,从而验证视觉标志物对排球教学的作用.Visual marker is a symbolic object in the physical education and training for the trainers to make some parts of the body or actions to reach the technical criterion,which is often utilized by physical education teachers in teaching method.It helps the student correct the irregular actions.Meanwhile,the setting of markers is also flexible and easy to carry out.Using these markers in teaching can enliven classroom atmosphere,arouse students'enthusiasm for learning,and promote the accuracy of students'technical movements.Furthermore,it is advantageous to concentrate students'attention through constantly changing contents and loads.It also stimulates the enthusiasm for learning.Therefore,taking volleyball teaching as an example,this paper explores the application of visual markers in volleyball teaching and training.In this paper,52 college students in Hengshui University were divided into two groups:experimental group and control group.The experimental group was assisted by visual markers in the process of teaching,and the two groups had the same practice methods,requirements and time.The experimental results are analyzed to verify the role of visual markers in volleyball teaching.
