摘　　要：介绍了新设计的单相异步电机定子组件的结构及其接线方法。通过调整热保护器的位置和绕组出线头,缩短了电源线的长度、避免了线芯弯折,同时也保证了单相异步电机的安全电气间隙和爬电距离。新设计的定子组件具有可靠性高、成本低等优点。Newly-designed stator assembling construction as well as its connecting method of stator wiring are introduced.Power wire is shorten and wire core is got rid of being bended by means of adjustment of positioning of heat protectors and wiring terminals,to guarantee the safe clearance and creepage distance of single-phase asynehronous motors.The newly-designed stator assembly possesses features of high reliability and low cost.
