摘  要:研究了固溶及时效处理对铬青铜QCr1铸件力学性能及电导率的影响。研究结果表明,固溶温度不应超过1 030℃,时效处理后强度随时间先升后降,时效温度越高,可达到的强度峰值的时间越短,峰值强度越低。优化后的规范使QCr1铸件的强度及电导率均满足DIN系列相关标准要求。Mechanical properties of the chromium bronze QCr1 casting after solution and aging-treatment is studied.The study results show that the solution treatment shall not exceed 1030℃,the strength index increases first,and then,decrease later along with the time-being of aging treatment and the higher the temperature of aging,the shorter the time to reach the peak value of strength will be while its peak value will be lower.The optimized specification makes strength and conductivity of the QCr1 casting meet with the requirement of the DIN standard.
