藏药治疗脑梗死后遗症的临床疗效

摘　　要：为了观察藏药治疗脑梗死后遗症的临床疗效,选取209例脑梗死后遗症患者作为研究对象,实施藏药口服为主,结合功能训练,观察其临床疗效。对209例脑梗死后遗症患者经过3~5个疗程藏药口服的治疗,达到或高于国家疗效判定标准,显效率、好转率、无效率分别为65.7%、27.2%、7.1%,总有效率为92.9%。藏药治疗脑梗死后遗症,能有效改善患者的临床症状,使患者日常自理能力得以改善。In order to observe the clinical effect of Tibetan medicine on the sequelae of cerebral infarction,209 patients with sequelae of cerebral infarction are selected as the research object,Tibetan medicine is administered orally,and functional training is combined to observe its clinical efficacy.The treatment of 209 patients with sequelae of cerebral infarction after 3~5 courses of oral administration of Tibetan medicine reached or is higher than the National efficacy criteria.The apparent efficiency,improvement rate,and inefficiency are 65.7%,27.2%,and 7.1%,respectively,and the total effective rate is 92.9%.Tibetan medicine can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and improve their daily self-care ability.
