从甘油三酯的失控探讨生化失控的处理方法

摘  要:通过对甘油三酯质控的失控分析,分析了生化室内质量控制失控的原因,对甘油三酯室内质控失控展开调查分析,寻找失控原因。结果显示,更换反渗透膜时可能使纯水内混入一定量甘油。甘油是一种分子量很小的分子,树脂吸附效果差,可以通过反渗透膜,溶于水并通过过滤系统进入实验体系。Through the analysis of the out of control of TG indoor quality control,the causes of clinical biochemical indoor quality control out of control are analyzed.To investigate and analyze the out of control of quality control in TG room,and to find out the cause of out of control.The results show that when the reverse osmosis membrane is replaced,a certain amount of glycerol may be mixed into pure water,but glycerol is a kind of molecule with very small molecular weight,the adsorption effect of resin is poor,and it can be dissolved in water and enter the experimental system through filtration system.
