摘　　要：中学图书馆工作的创新主要是将图书馆服务和管理的新思想与新理论发展成社会承认的成果等一系列活动组合的发展过程。图书馆创新针对原有状态存在明显差异的图书管理与服务的知识和结果。图书馆工作在中学教育中发挥着重要作用,论文主要研究了新形势下中学图书馆工作的服务创新。The middle school library work innovation is mainly the library service and management of new ideas,new theories into a series of activities such as social recognition of the development process.Library innovation aims at the knowledge and results of library management and service that are obviously different from the original state[1].Library work plays an important role in middle school education,so this paper mainly studies the service innovation of middle school library work under the new situation.
