摘　　要：药剂师作为居民药品使用管控的关键人力资源,起着保障基础药品供应、保障患者和药品正确使用之间桥梁和纽带作用。论文旨在梳在理并描述药剂师、基层医疗机构、药店、患者之间的关系。采用定性研究方法,通过中英文文献对中国药剂师相关知识进行梳理和比较,找出中国药剂师进一步发挥作用的途径。结果显示,中国药剂师的作用没有完全发挥,初级医疗保健中药剂师的作用仍有待加强。由此得出,药剂师作用的加强需要多方多维度共同努力,国家层面上需要推动分级诊疗等政策;基层医疗机构需要重视药剂师的作用;医药学需要对在校和在岗的药剂师进行专业素质培训。Pharmacists,as the key human resources of drug use control in residents,play a role in ensuring the supply of basic drugs,and play a bridge and link between patients and the correct use of drugs.The purpose of this study was to comb and describe the relationship between pharmacists,primary medical institutions,pharmacies,and patients.Using the method of qualitative research,through the Chinese and English literature to domestic pharmacists related knowledge combing and comparison,to find out the way for Chinese pharmacists to further play a role.The results show that the role of pharmacists in China has not been fully played,and the role of primary health care pharmacists still needs to be strengthened.It is concluded that it is necessary to strengthen the role of pharmacists at the national level,policies such as grading diagnosis and treatment need to be promoted;primary medical institutions need to pay attention to the role of pharmacists;and medicine needs to provide professional quality training for pharmacists in school and on the job.
