藏药浴治疗痛风性关节炎168例的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：为观察藏药浴治疗痛风性关节炎的临床疗效,论文选取168例痛风性关节炎患者作为研究对象,实施藏药浴为主,口服藏药及结合局部外敷、放血、艾灸等外治法治疗,观察其临床疗效,并对168例痛风性关节炎患者经过1~5个疗程藏药浴的治疗,达到或高于国家疗效判定标准,显效率、好转率、无效率分别为63.7%、29.2%、7.1%,总有效率为92.9%。藏药浴治疗痛风性关节炎,能有效改善患者的临床症状,使血沉(ESR)、尿酸(UA)降低或复常。In order to observe the clinical efficacy of Tibetan medicine bath in the treatment of gout arthritis.In this paper,168 patients with gouty arthritis are selected as the research object,and Tibetan medicine is mainly administered.Oral Tibetan medicine is combined with local external application,bloodletting,moxibustion and other external treatment methods to observe its clinical efficacy.In addition,168 patients with gout arthritis were treated with 1~5 courses of Tibetan medicine bath,reaching or higher than the National efficacy criteria.The apparent efficiency,improvement rate,and inefficiency are 63.7%,29.2%,and 7.1%,respectively.The total effective rate is 92.9%.Tibetan medicine bath for the treatment of gout arthritis can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,so that blood sinks(ESR),uric acid(UA)will be reduced and recovered.
