摘 要:磁化焙烧是铁矿石一种有效选别手段,是将弱磁性矿物在高温还原气氛中转化为强磁性矿物后采用弱磁选提精的工艺。甘肃省酒钢集团首次在国内应用该技术处理我国镜铁山式难选铁矿石,设计采用悬浮磁化焙烧-再磨弱磁选工艺。该项目在2019年底投产运行,取得铁精矿品位55%、回收率86%的理想指标。该项目的成功应用为我国冶金行业难选氧化矿石提供了高效的解决方案,是我国在难选铁矿石高效利用方面的重大突破。Magnetization roasting is an effective separation method for iron ores.It’s a technology that transforms low-intensity ores to high-intensity ores in a high-temperature reductive atmosphere and then extracts concentrates by using low intensity separation.This technology is first used by Jiuquan Iron and Steel Group in Gansu province to process Jingtieshan type refractory iron ores in China and the design adopts the process of suspended magnetization roasting-regrinding low intensity separation.The project was put into operation at the end of 2019 and ideal indexes with iron concentrate grade of 55%and recovery rate of 86%are obtained.The successful application of the project offers an effective solution for refractory oxidized ores in metallurgical industry in China and it’s a great breakthrough in effective utilization of refractory iron ores in China.
