摘　　要：文章介绍了面向地级以上城市空间变化监测与应用研究的背景和价值,提出了地级以上城市空间变化监测应用研究的总体思路、研究内容、关键技术与方法等,并以北京市空间变化监测为案例,开展城市空间格局变化、老工业区搬迁改造、海绵型城市建设等三个典型监测应用研究,相关研究成果可为其他地级城市监测提供应用借鉴和示范,从而为解决城市发展面临的现实问题提供数据基底、技术支撑和建议。This paper introduces the background and value of urban spatial change monitoring and application research,the general idea,research contents,key technologies and methods of urban spatial change monitoring application research at prefectural level and above are put forward.And take spatial change monitoring in Beijing as a case,three typical monitoring application studies were carried out,including changes in urban spatial pattern,relocation and reconstruction of old industrial zones,and construction of sponge cities.Relevant research results can provide reference and demonstration for other prefecture-level city monitoring applications.Thus,it provides data base,technical support and suggestions for solving the practical problems of urban development.
