摘　　要：目的:探讨多层螺旋CT检查在宫外孕和卵巢黄体破裂出血中的应用价值。方法:选取2016年1月—2018年12月我院收治的70例妇科急腹症患者,所有患者均接受多层螺旋CT检查和超声检查,观察检查结果。结果:70例患者超声定性准确59例(84.29%),定位准确64例(91.43%),多层螺旋CT超声定性准确60例(85.71%),定位准确66例(94.29%),超声检查与多层螺旋CT定位、定性准确率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:多层螺旋在宫外孕和卵巢黄体破裂出血中诊断准确率较高,具有较高诊断准确率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the value of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy and ovarian corpus luteum rupture and hemorrhage.Methods 70 patients with gynecological acute abdomen admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected.All patients were examined by multi-slice spiral CT and ultrasonography,and the results were observed.Results Among the 70 patients,59(84.29%)were accurate in ultrasound,64(91.43%)in localization,60(85.71%)in multi-slice spiral CT and 66(94.29%)in localization.There was no significant difference between ultrasound and multi-slice spiral CT(P>0.05).Conclusion The diagnostic accuracy of multi-slice helix in ectopic pregnancy and ovarian corpus luteum rupture hemorrhage is high,which is worthy of clinical application.
