摘　　要：事业单位管理体制改革本身具有一定的复杂性,需要立足实际制定科学的规划目标,才能更好地在新的发展局势中实现顺利转型。论文对当前事业单位体制改革面临的问题展开分析,并提出了相应的解决措施。The reform of the management system of institutions has certain complexity.It is necessary to establish scientific planning goals based on actual conditions in order to achieve a smooth transition in the new development situation.The paper analyzes the problems faced by the current institutional reform of the institution and proposes corresponding solutions.
