新旧动能转换背景下中国潍坊市做大做强实体经济的 问题与对策

摘　　要：实体经济是国民经济和社会可持续发展的重要载体。做大做强实体经济必然成为高质量发展阶段推动新旧动能加快转换的重要载体和必然选择。中国山东省潍坊市是实体经济大市,在新旧动能动能转换中,面临着实体经济大而不强的一系列问题,以问题为导向,从聚焦“四提”目标、推动产业转型升级、深化改革开放创新、优化提升营商环境等方面提出促进潍坊市实体经济新旧动能转换的对策建议。Real economy is an important carrier of sustainable development of national economy and society.Making the real economy bigger and stronger will inevitably become an important carrier and inevitable choice to speed up the transformation of new and old momentum in the stage of high-quality development.Weifang City,Shandong Province,is a big city of real economy.In the process of the transformation of new and old kinetic energy,it is faced with a series of problems of large but not strong real economy.Guided by the problems,this paper puts forward some suggestions on promoting Weifang City from focusing on the"Four Ties"target,promoting industrial transformation and upgrading,deepening reform and opening-up innovation,optimizing and upgrading the business environment,etc.Suggestions on the transformation of new and old kinetic energy in physical economy.
