摘  要:为了探讨幼儿留置针置管室联合责任制整体护理在儿科护理中的应用效果,将我科2018年1月—2018年6月收治的符合要求的患儿100名作为对照组,实施常规护理;将我科2018年7月—2018年12月收治的符合要求的患儿120名作为实验组,实施幼儿留置针置管室联合责任制整体护理。分析对比2组患儿及家属的满意度、护理质量评分及静脉穿刺置管一针穿刺成功率。结果显示,实验组静脉穿刺置管一针穿刺成功率、患儿及家属的满意度及护理质量评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。由此得出,实施幼儿留置针置管室联合责任制整体护理能明显提高患儿家属满意度,提高护理质量及患儿静脉穿刺置管一针穿刺成功率。In order to explore the application effect of combined responsibility system holistic nursing in pediatric nursing,100 eligible children admitted to our department from January 2018 to June 2018 were taken as control group,routine nursing was carried out,120 eligible children admitted to our department from July 2018 to December 2018 were taken as experimental group,and the holistic joint responsibility system of indwelling needle indwelling room was implemented.Nursing,analysis and comparison of two groups of children and their families'satisfaction,nursing quality score and success rate of venipuncture catheterization with one needle puncture.The results show that the success rate of venipuncture and catheterization with one needle puncture,the satisfaction of children and their families and the nursing quality score in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).It is concluded that the implementation of the joint responsibility system of the indwelling needle indwelling room for children can significantly improve the satisfaction of the family members of children,improve the quality of nursing care and the success rate of venipuncture indwelling tube puncture for children.
